Sublimation

1. Set your heat press to 400 degrees. Time: 60 seconds.

2. Place sheets of white copy paper or parchment paper inside your shirt to prevent bleed through.

3. Position your transfer face down (use heat tape if desired to hold in place) and cover with Teflon sheet.

4. Press.

5. Remove Transfer immediately after opening

Note that sublimation needs to be used on light colored apparel that is  at least 50% polyester.  The greater the polyester percentage the better the sublimation print

*Take note your HTV image does not need to be in reverse

Cotton Threads

Place Press on Medium Pressure

  • 320 degrees at 45 Seconds– 100% Cotton

  • 320 degrees at 30 Seconds– 50/50

  • 270 degrees at 20 Seconds– 100% Polyester

1. While press is heating up, check out transfer, if there is any glue like substance or anything around your image cut it off.

2. Place apparel on press, and place your transfer sheet face up, where shiny plastic is on top. Place protector sheet or parchment paper op top of design and press

3. This is a COLD PEEL , so once the 30 seconds is over DO NOT peel right away.  Let it cool to room temperature.  8-10 minutes. If you have more pieces to press you can in the mean time

4. After apparel and transfer sheet are cooled, you need to hold down apparel tightly and in a ripping motion rip off.

5. You will notice you are left with a shiny transfer on the apparel, if you like that look you can stop here, if not move on to next step

6. Place apparel under press again, place protector/parchment paper/or texture piece straight on top of apparel and press for another 15-30 seconds.  This step will give you a matte look to your finished product

*PLEASE just take note that this product is a COLD PEEL, DO NOT peel right away.
